Decided to try some new pizza ideas tonight. This one was delicious! Chicken, bacon and best of all . . . . . . a special roasted red pepper sauce. It was amazing!

BBQ Quesidillas

I had fun making dinner tonight. I recently got the kids a Quesidilla maker ~ they love making them for lunch, and I figured it was something they could manage better without using the stove. I made a visit to Ree's blog, (Which is a favorite!) and found the delicious quesidillas she made, and she gave me inspiration! These were delicious. I used barbecued chicked, cheese, sauteed onions, grilled pineapple, barbeque sauce, and the guys added banana peppers. Yummy! And the Quesidilla maker worked great. Easy to use, and great outcome.

Fruit Salsa

Made some cinnamon~sugared, wheat pitas and a fruit salsa. Very yummy ~ especially on a hot evening.
