Refreshing Salad

Made this yummy salad . . . . a play on a caprese salad, with some added green beans, red onion and sugar snap peas with a bit of balsamic. Very good and refreshing!

Salad for an Autumn Day

Turkey Supreme

Nate requested Turkey Supreme for supper tonight. It is an old favorite that we ate for years growing up, at the local Christmas Fair in town at the church. Brings back a lot of memories!
It has stuffing, turkey (chicken), french-style green beans, cream of celery soup and some yummy stuffing on the bottom and top. How can you go wrong?
